Don’t let the name fool you… “Shy” should really be called Chill because this little guy is the definition of laid-back. At just 3 years old and weighing in at a petite 8 pounds (likely to be 10 once he fills out), Shy is a calm, gentle Shih Tzu who’s looking for a forever home as peaceful as he is.
Shy gets along great with other dogs — even his foster's big ol’ 80 lb pit mix! He barely makes a peep and is perfectly content just hanging out, soaking up the good vibes. If your idea of a perfect evening involves a soft blanket, a quiet movie, and a furry friend snuggled next to you, Shy might just be your soulmate.
Currently, he’s recovering from being neutered and getting up to date on all his vaccines, but he’ll be ready for adoption very soon! When he first arrived, he was quite matted, so he got a fresh haircut — but once his beautiful coat grows back, he’ll be a picture-perfect Shih Tzu: cute as a button and sweet as can be.
