Bear was dumped at the Diamonds facility and was very shut down at first. Enter an amazing foster family and before long, he was smiling and sniffing his whole car ride home, running the yard, napping on the deck, sunbathing, giving kisses, and following commands. A little bit of normalcy completely changed this sweet boy's demeanor.
